Microsoft sign-in is dormant here — “Sign in with Microsoft” (Entra External ID) leads per §2 decision 3, and activates once the tenant’s Entra app is configured. In the meantime, dev sign-in takes any seeded user’s email (e.g. sandi@mrp.com) — no password — and you can switch tenants with ?tenant=arden.
